Cancellation / Refund Policy 

SOLUS Cancellation Policy
 

We are committed to providing quality service to our customers.  Your SOLUS Identity Theft Protection membership service may be cancelled by you at any time for any reason.  However, refunds of any payments made, by you to SOLUS Identity Theft Protection, are subject to our Refund Policy as outlined below.  To cancel your membership service, simply call our customer service department toll-free at (877) 437-7644. 


SOLUS Refund Policy 

1) Within 3 Days: You are entitled to a full refund, of any payment made to SOLUS Identity Theft Protection, if you cancel your membership service within three business days of your initial purchase.

2) Within 30 Days: If you cancel your membership service after three business days from your initial purchase but less than 30 calendar days, you may receive a partial refund based on the payment plan selected by you at the time of your initial membership purchase, as follows: 

  • Installment Payment Plan: No refunds are made, however if you cancel at least 5 days prior to the first day of a calendar month, you will not be charged for any remaining installment payments.
  • One-time Payment: You refund will be based on your one-time payment minus a non-refundable enrollment administration fee, as follows:
    • One Year Membership: enrollment administration fee is $79.00 
    • Three Year Membership: enrollment administration fee is $119.00

3) After 30 Days: If you cancel your membership service after 30 calendar days from your initial purchase you are not entitled to any refund of payments made to SOLUS Identity Theft Protection.  Based on the payment plan selected by you at the time of your initial membership purchase, please note the following :

  • Installment Payment Plan: No refunds are made, however if you cancel at least 5 days prior to the last day of a calendar month, you will not be charged for any remaining installment payments.
  • One-time Payment: Not eligible for any refund.
