Renewal Payment Schedule 

The “Renewal Payment” is the amount due to renew the Platinum Member Program membership.

Effective for all Platinum Membership renewals after January 1, 2009:

  1. If, on the Enrollment Date, the Platinum Member elected to make a one time, Lump Sum Payment, the Renewal Payment shall be deemed to be a Lump Sum Payment due on the Renewal Date. 
    • Platinum One Year - One Time Renewal Payment (lump-sum) = $143.00
    • Platinum Three Year - One Time Renewal Payment (lump-sum) = $305.00
  2. If, on the Enrollment Date, the Platinum Member elected to pay for the Platinum Member Program in monthly installments, the Renewal Payment shall be deemed to consist of (1) the Renewal Fee, and (2) Installment Payments due on the first day of each calendar month during the Renewal Period, beginning on the first day of the calendar month following the Renewal Date. 
    • Platinum One Year - Installment Renewal Payments: Renewal Fee = $50.00 + 12 Installment Payments of $9.95
