These Website Terms and Conditions of Use set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use any website provided by Identity Theft Protection Pro, LLC (the “Provider”) and on which these Terms and Conditions are posted (each a “Website”).

THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, TRANSMISSION OF VIRUSES THAT INFECTS A USER'S EQUIPMENT, MECHANIC OR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FAILURE, FAILURE OF COMMUNICATION LINES, TELEPHONE OR OTHER INTERCONNECTS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, THEFT, OPERATIONAL ERRORS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR PROBLEMS, OR ANY FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.
Use of Website

You hereby irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any objection which you may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any such proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. You agree that any cause of action that you may desire to bring arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
